How authentication works in practice
Who needs the App?
Only authorized users who need to verify physical identity, such as inspection, quality, service, safety or brand-protection teams. Customer journeys can remain in the Product Portal.
What does Not matched mean?
The captured O-KEY did not match the registered reference. It should trigger your defined follow-up; it is not, by itself, a counterfeit verdict.
What is recorded?
Authentication attempts can be logged with the result, time, user and available context. O-KEY Studio controls users, permissions and follow-up access.
How do we roll it out?
Start with representative products, a small user group and defined operating conditions. We help validate capture guidance, settings, permissions and exception handling before scale.
